To live authentically, cultivate the innocence of a child, a state achievable through devotion (sadhana) to Ma Kali. By surrendering to her practice, she sustains this purity, dissolving negativity swiftly; hatred or resentment lasts only hours before fading from mind. Through unwavering faith, one becomes Ma Kali’s cherished ornament, not material or divine symbols, but the childlike devotee, cradled on her lap and nurtured by her grace. She rejects conventional adornments like deities or relics; only a baby mirrors her true essence. Such devotion transforms the devotee into her most beloved manifestation, embodying vulnerability and trust. The text emphasizes that sustaining this state requires surrender, allowing Ma Kali to erase ego-driven emotions and maintain spiritual simplicity. In essence, her sadhana fosters an eternal childlike purity, making the devotee both reflection and “ornament” of the divine mother, valued above all else. This path promises union with her love, transcending worldly conflicts and duality.
